Hi @Marsimperator,
here a couple of suggestions for re-organizing the package into something a little more formal:

  • build
  • dist
  • SentinelGAMMA
    • SentinelCoherenceGAMMA_F_M.egg-info
    • SentinelGAMMA_pkg
    • __init__.py
    • auxmodules.py
    • coherence.py
  • .gitattributes
  • LICENSE
  • README.md
  • Report_ Project_3_Felix_Metz.pdf
  • GAMMA_environment.yml
  • pyproject.toml
  • setup.cfg

Furthermore, I recommend removing the prefix entry in the GAMMA_environment.yml file.
