Hi guys ! I tried to add a oneview provider but i got an error on validation. Never saw that before with others providers
I would like to know if there is a bug or i just provide the wrong URI or something like that Crankz |

Hi @Crankz31 which physical infra provider are you trying to add? From the string it is trying to log it looks like the scheme (http or https) is missing. Try adding |

I try to add a oneview (redfish), i got an error when i try to add https:// in front : expected host component So it's seems to be a bug for me or i can't add my provider. |

You're right this was a bug there was no way for you to have gotten this to work, fixed in ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-redfish#161 thanks @Crankz31 ! |

Hm you might be able to create it but it wouldn't validate and wouldn't be able to refresh inventory. The issue was when using ssl without verification the uri scheme was nil so it wouldn't be able to connect even if it could be added. |

https://in front of any hostname you are passing. We should be validating this on the UI side so either way we'll want to make a change to catch this. Thanks!
