Let's say I don't know the date-of-publishment of an Internet reference. If I leave it empty, it should be something like unknown or n.d. (not determined). But in a Dutch document I'd prefer n.b. ('niet bekend').

Thanks, this is indeed a thing I have been thinking about. Not sure how to implement it yet, but now it looks like I'm not the only one who's thinking about this. Thanks :)

Take a look at https://github.com/airbnb/polyglot.js.

Also the internet APA rule includes a Dutch word ('van').
