[Bug] electron tests are failing with electron v40

For the tests labwc is started as background process. If I run the tests in my container under wsl2 and provide as XDG_RUNTIME_DIR the wsl2 socket it works.

The most electron tests are running now but there are problems with the electron calendar tests. Will provide a draft PR so we can discuss it there.
