Missing primary colors

Probably have too many colors for highlight text, but most importantly, we are missing the primary colors.

Here is what Word has:

I would like these colors only for highlight, and the more simple dialog.

For the font color, also missing primary colors. I don't mind having the colors shown, but Word creates a separate section for "Standard Colors", which are the primary colors. We can do the same thing (though I would like it near the top, and then have the more extensive colors below that. Would be great too to add the ability for them to put in a specific hex code for the color as well.
