Hmm, installed essentials but I didn't get double-messages. I can try setting the priority to highest, but I doubt this will do anything as essentials will most likely be running on highest priority too.

Reopen if still not working, but for now I don't have any other idea.

Which version do you use? I'm using this here: https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/Spigot-Essentials/

That's the one I used, 1.8 build of essentials.

I removed all plugins except Vault, MinigamesLib and Bedwars but the problem is still there.
