When this mod is enabled, some animations (for example sprint jump) doesn't animate correctly with the Detailed Animation resource pack.

Verified.

Environment

  • Minecraft 1.21
  • Fabric Loader 0.15.11
  • EPR 3.0.0
  • Entity Model Features 2.2
  • Entity Texture Features 6.2
  • Mod Menu 11.0.1
  • DetailedAnimationReworked 1.13 (as resource pack)

Reproduce & Details

  1. Load DetailedAnimationReworked
  2. Press F5 to switch to 3rd person view with either camera position (front or back)
  3. Jump while sprinting, then player models in both in 3rd person view and rendered by EPR glitches with hands and legs swinging too fast
  • Switching to 1st person view fixes this issue
  • Turning off "Show Hand Swing" in EPR does not fix this issue
  • Turning off "Mod Enabled" in EPR fixes this as expected

Possible causes

DetailedAnimationReworked and/or its dependencies have special treatment for the 3rd person view , and it interferes with EPR. This is highly likely as multiple issues related to 3rd person view exist for Entity Model/Texture Features, yet further investigation is required to pinpoint the root cause.

Have you spotted any other glitches, besides the one I just described?
