[Feature Request] Multiple Nightscout services

To be able to use a paid Nightscout Service for always-on data and a self-hosted for use with CareGiver.

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to add the Nightscout service more than a single time to Loop.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None really.

The Add Service screen in Loop.

Is this an architectural challenge or just a UI limitation?
