Loop keeps losing signal to G7

This happened occasionally prior to loop 3.4.4 but now it happens almost daily. Loop losing signal to my Dexcom G7 and loop stops delivering insulin. I get loop failure messages. The Dexcom G7 app never loses signal and always shows connected and giving results but loop doesn’t seem to.

The only way to resolve this is to force close both loop and the G7 app and then Unpair the sensor from BT, reopen the Dexcom app and repair, then reopen loop so it can find it again. I have to do this multiple times a day lately.

The sensor is never more the 5ft away from my phone, the insulin pod and sensor are not in the same location on my body.

Are there any permanent resolutions for this? I’m finding loop is failing during the night and I don’t get insulin for hours at a time until I wake up and do that process.

I didnt upload the log file here as it’s about 2000 pages but if it’s needed if someone could provide a way to upload that from my phone I’d be glad to do it.

In the interim, there is a patch that can be added via customization that is helping a number of people who are having this problem and have tried this patch. (Many of us are not having a problem, which makes it difficult to troubleshoot.)
