Avoid RPC calls on newBlock #9196
Description
Expected behavior
- On every new block, it should be able to save any data without relying on RPC calls.
Actual behavior
- Currently we make multiple RPC calls that leads to delay in saving data especially when the node is syncing it makes it very difficult to make RPC calls and save data in a very short period of time.
Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
