apt disabled issue in proot distro: alpine

hey i get this apt disabled permanently thingies, any way to fix this?

Are you using apt on alpine?
You should stick to apk if possible using multiple package managers is not recommended.
If you still want to use apt try to do so on a non root user however it is not recommended.
I would love to be corrected if am wrong.
