Connectivity issues when pairing my Nano S with MetaMask, MyEtherWallet or any other web-based wallet.

Problem

I'm trying to connect my Nano S with a web-based wallet (like MetaMask, MyEtherWallet, etc.)

How I'm connecting

1. Open MetaMask and press connect Hardware Wallet
2. Wait for the windows security prompt to enter your security key
3. Unlock my ledger and open Ethereum app

Actual Behaviour

The windows security prompt keeps refreshing over and over.
