Describe the bug

When there is not enough trx on the balance to pay the network commission, but at the same time there is a sufficient amount of 'Energy' - it does not allow you to make a transaction (the send button is inactive)

Expected behavior

The ability to send USDT (trc20) when there is enough 'Energy'
