what is the size value of one chessboard block and final output is always flashing! #16

Hi, thanks for your sharing project.
Now i have two questions.
1 What is the size value of one chessboard block. I did not find any info in the code of project.
2 Could i change the chessboard corner number.
3 The final output of depth map is always flashing when i run the original version code of your project. So the output value of one pixel when click the mouse varied too much while the mouse did not move any.
