Tried to run Enable Old Context Menu on Windows 10 #173

Describe the Bug

Pressed old context menu and now no (new) in context menu and new folder short cut doesn't work neither new folder in the ribbon tried every fix on the internet (editing and adding key to registry and sfc /scan now) even tried to enable old context menu restart disable it restart with no luck and even remove all tweaks restart and reinstall it
cmd command create new folder and tried with alternate file explorer worked as well need help without erasing pls

The bug name doesn't describe the bug... Please use more descriptive name for example "pressing old context on windows 10 removes 'new' key"

The function to enable the old context menu doesn't check the Windows version, I'll need to add that...
I didn't checked if W10 was fine with that, maybe in an older version it was, I will need to re-check that.
