removing ADWcleaner
Removing power plan changes
adding a user selection choise on what should happen
Reason
first of all i was surprised that a ADWcleaner got used. its not that bad since its from a known source but It removes stuff that doesnt have to be removed. it just killed 2 of my games because it thought it were "Adware.LoadMoney" its was a simple gacha game and the other one was a steam game. it also killed the hot keys from my lenovo laptop because the service got deleted "unwanted software" it did nothing else beside that. i doubt that this tool is really helpfull. it should also be noted that the user should be able to choose what gets removed. i was quite unsure what the script actually does and i had to undo at least 5 changes directly. as an example i didnt liked the removal of windows medial player because i use it very often. another thing that shouldnt be touched is the power plan. just doing "high performance" will only result in more heat and more powser consumption. not ideal for laptops, since it has 0 impact on the overall performance of the notebook/pc and it also can make it worse because a notebook has strict power limits and it will hit them faster by that and it decreases performance without the user did any work.
