[Feature] Quests without deadlines

Why would this be useful?

Sometimes you have tasks that don't have a set deadline. These can include things that take several days and get done when they are done. These are often things you work towards such as goals and ongoing project work.

Expected behaviour

A section for quests that don't have a deadline. Instead, maybe these quests could declare how long they've been active for, and/or sort by creation date in descending order.

Actual behaviour

All quests have deadlines, if I incorrectly predict a date, I either have to update the quest itself, or leave it in Past until I do complete it.
