Player with required permissions can join the server without a match

The player can configure the match with some commands.

Possible way

!setup_match => will start an interactive match setup.
Step by step request required Values
Show select config and give option to change them or start the match
Now the normal match default match mechanisms start. Depending on the given team config the match will wait for the defined players or for 9 more players to join
