Kind of but not quite. Currently, you can only unlock the hotbar, then the rest of the inventory. I have put off dividing the inventory further as I'm not sure how to go about it - some people want columns, some want rows, and I'm not sure how practical per-slot control would be.
Thank you for the information. Locking individual slots can be practical if you really only want to address a few slots. But then I would need 9 commands to unlock a row. Impractical but in principle also not a problem.
