Post info about the model in HF

Hi,
I was thinking maybe it'd be a good idea to post information about the model on its hf repo. Things like precision, maximum output tokens, context windows size, etc..

This will make it easier for anyone looking for this info.

I can't easily find the number of maximum output tokens for the rlhf model. (Would be nice if someone answered here)
