Issue description

I encountered a problem while using kurento。I have a media stream from A to B through kurento。 When A send media stream to me ,a PPS package was missing：

When the media stream flows through kurento to B, kurento could add a PPS package:

there isThe image on the phone is not smooth, and have mosaic.
When I use wireshark to export the video streams on both ends and play it with the player, I found that the video stream sent by A to kurento is normal, and the video stream sent by kurento to B have mosaic.

May I ask why this happened.
