Upper part of body visible when moving + opening doors

Hello,

I would like not to see the upper part of the body (shoulders) when moving. If I set that I only want hands or hands and guns, I get shot seldom as it appears I can be shot only on hands...

And I would like to do like in the PC game and be able to point at the opening of a door or the health storage and activate it from a distance instead of having to do it like in "real life". Is it possible ?
