Html builder(todoTask39) link to documentation

There should be a link to the documentation of html builder table/tr/td.
I can't find it with google and would make it easier to solve the task.

Hi @Xaseron - if you click on the doc39() function, and then press control Q (Windows) (F1 ona Mac) - this will bring up a dialog box with a link to Type-Safe Builders:
