Reader ui

I think the reader UI is nearly prepared. Just one change to perfect it.

Issue:
The slider is too small.

Solution:
Remove the chapter list icons and use the space to extend the page slider. I'm saying this because with the next/previous chapter button, you probably wont need the chapter list. When you can just use the buttons to change the chapter.

Implementation:
Make the reader ui with the removed "chapter list icon" as i told above add the default. But also give the option in the settings or the menu to revert it (use the chapter list instead of the next/ previous chapter buttons)

I don't think it's too small to operate (even if my phone is only 5 inches), every operation is very comfortable

And the icons in the bar are all very basic and necessary (in my opinion)
If i need to edit, i also want the interface to include 2 bars that can be flexed with each other (through sliders) :p
