📢 Some notes when creating new Discussion (Post)

A few notes when posting for newbies 😁

1. We don't accept posts related to application errors, bugs or need help at here. All this posts won't be deleted but comments will be blocked by us. Instead, you can report it at: https://github.com/KotatsuApp/Kotatsu/issues (Include the build number of Kotatsu Nightly that you want to report).
2. Describe your idea as simply and easily as possible.
3. Once your post is created = We have received it, it's possible that it will be responded to by Nightly contributors but it's also possible that there will be no response at all. However, we have taken note of your suggestion and it's under review, so please be patient. We will notify you and will "mark as completed" if your suggestion is accepted in next Nightly build. Remember that we always appreciate your opinion, whether it's feasible or not.
4. You can use any language in your post. There are no specific rules on post structure, you can draw your own illustrations / add notes to Kotatsu app screenshots to describe your suggestions more visually (like drawing arrows and circling certain icons in the screenshot of Kotatsu that you want to move the location of).
