KP-Liberation - Is it possible to add a cost to the object in the arsenal ?

Hi guys and girls !

I play with a bunch of friend to the antistasi missions for a long time, and we like the idea to get acces to the arsenal but in a limited way.

We just found the map Virolahti with the mod Liberation (pretty nice work here by the way), and like the idea of FOB and doing logi run with hemtt to get some resources.
We was wondering if it's possible to add a cost to the arsenal objects ?

Like adding a ammunitions cost to the weapon/ammunitions/grenades
and maybe starting the game with a little amount for ammunition, just to get a basic stuff and do the first mission.

I know it's possible to blacklist or whitelist items from the arsenal, but here i want to add a cost to it.

Is this possible to edit something, somewhere ?
