Pinned tab behavior more similar to Arc

Pinned tabs just act like normal tabs that don't get closed. In Arc, you can navigate to any page within a pinned tab, but when the tab is unloaded/the browser is restarted it will return to its original remembered link. Ex: pin youtube.com, open a video, restart browser, pinned tab will be on youtube.com and not the link to the video.

Make pinned tabs behave like Arc or add a toggle to do so.

Nah, Sidebery hasn't supported that feature yet

Try Zen - they already developing that feature for its pinned tabs, so it should be on the upcoming one or two update
