To initialize your local repository using the KekHunter trees, use a command like this:
git clone https://github.com/KekHunterOS/Manifest.git .repo/local_manifests -b kek-18.1
Patching the synced source code
./kek-patches/apply-patches.sh -mb
If u want to update/sync the source code then do it with --force-sync and readd the pathes after successful sync.
Including kek config to device tree
AOSP/device/(vendor)/(codename)/codename_something.mk
Variant

kekhunter.mk
Regular set of tools and apps
minimal_kekhunter.mk
Mainly for those who want less features
# Include kekhunter
$(call inherit-product-if-exists, vendor/kekhunter/configs/variant.mk)
cd .repo/local_manifests && git fetch && git pull && cd ../../
Re-syncing with updated overlay
repo sync -c --force-sync --no-tags --no-clone-bundle -j$(nproc --all) --optimized-fetch --prune
