The following capsules do not account for the mass of batteries. I also noticed in the PAW, the Real Fuels sub-category shows "Mass: Dry: 0" for all of these. The electric charge is however still restricted by available volume.
- Mk1 Lander Can
- Mk1 Lander Can Advanced
- Mk2 Lander Can
- Advanced Command Pod
- D2 Descent Module
- Mk1-3 Command Pod (3m)
- Mobile Processing LabMPL-LG-2
- D2 Block I Mission Module
- D2 Block II Mission Module
- PPD-4 Crew Cabin
- PPD-6 Crew Cabin
- SPKTR-10 Lacuga Storage Container
- Habitation Module
- Skylab Orbital Workshop (Slaps roof of module this bad boy fits over 15GJ of EC and is still only 44.5T)
The outliers that actually update their mass with change in EC are the Mk1 pod (2m) Vostok, Zenit, Voskhod, TKS VA, and the various BDB Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo parts
I also noticed this on parts in other packs like RN Soyuz, Salyut, and SSPX, but obviously out of scope.
