Dep animated decouplers or something

There are several parts in ROCapsules (notable the Apollo and Gemini CM decouplers) that have animations that are supposed to play during decoupling, but have to be triggered manually because KSP doesn't support animated decouplers. If possible, it would be nice to dep an animated decouplers mod to fix this (one that doesn't break KJR, ideally).
