1.0 release planning

Since ManifoldsBase.jl interface has been stable for a while, we might think about releasing version 1.0. If you would like to see any breaking changes, please discuss them here.

TODO:

• Remove norm(M::VectorSpaceFiber, p, X) #210
• Make private or remove vector_transport_along.
• Make injectivity_radius less prone to ambiguities #189

Should we maybe also tackle

• Elementwise distance #136 (though that is nonbreaking we can do that after a 1.0)
• Make injectivity_radius less prone to ambiguities #189 (since that might be breaking as well)

Yes, the second one is definitely a good candidate.
