Adding the features2d module

Thanks for this package. I see there is already support for functions such as `recoverPose` but not for the detection of features.
Please add the [features2d module](https://docs.opencv.org/4.10.0/da/d9b/group__features2d.html). I tried to look at contributing but didn't know where to start.
