Feature request: FileIO.jl integration

FileIO.jl provides common IO interface for most of the packages in Julia ecosystem.
Integration with FileIO.jl makes common interface to read(load) and write(save) for both Images and Videos.
It solves half part of #30.
Below are list of formats to add

Image Formats

• PNG
• JPEG
• BMP
• TIFF
• JP2
• WEBP

Video Formats

I have created JuliaIO/FileIO.jl/pull/381, it covers most common image formats.
