Transfer issues from LightGraphs.jl

It's a pity to lose all the information contained in the open and closed issues of the old repo.

I tried to transfer the issues, but some are missing :
Migrate Benchmarks, Assortativity extended to graphs with attributes, Reduced time & memory footprint for Tarjans algorithm, fixed a bug where it was O(E^2) on star graphs. fail with : "sha1 information is lacking or useless"

Use array of concrete eltype for efficiency in astar and Fix bug when making an adjacency_matrix from a SimpleGraph with self-loops in Julia 1.7 have already been committed directly and can be considered closed.

To move issues from one repository to another, apparently, we need to have the two repositories in the same organization. Maybe LightGraphs.jl can temporarily be placed in JuliaGraphs to move the issues ?

To move issues from one repository to another, apparently, we need to have the two repositories in the same organization. Maybe LightGraphs.jl can temporarily be placed in JuliaGraphs to move the issues ?

That would be ideal, but I'm not sure if LightGraphs' author wants to be involved

At this point, we do not have the option of migrating the issues. The original repo is available - so we have a full record.

Anything we want from the old repo here, needs to be recreated. I understand it would be difficult, but it is the best way forward.
