I noticed a recent release of version 0.2, with the number indicating that the release is breaking some API from 0.1.
What specifically is breaking? It's not quite clear from the log, but useful for potentially updating dependents.

Based on e432a24, there are no breaking changes (restricting supported Julia versions is not breaking). CC @abhro.

Yeah, this should just be 0.1.4, and correspondingly JuliaAstro/SkyCoords.jl#54 should've tightened compat to "0.1.4".
Can 0.2 be yanked and 0.1.4 released instead?
