Implemented .localhost domain

So, Google bought .dev and enabled HSTS

• removed .dev references
• added .localhost
• choose your own via environment variables
• updated docs

Fixed build with uncommon uids, top, readme

• added top command to monitor running containers

• fixed a issue with uid's not being set to current user
• some typo's in readme
• some issues for mac/unison setup
