Template driven include/exclude

@HarryCampion @markrichardson  I wonder whether we should slightly change the interface for the user. Something like:

templates included:
   - docker (you get docker.mk, docker folder)
   - devcontainer
   - tests (you get test.mk, test_rhiza, ...)
   - gitlab
   - marimo
   - book

what do you think?
