[Azure service bus] Allow create multuple rules per subsciption

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am trying to implement forwarded topology where there is a single topic with multiple subscriptions. Each subscription has multiple filters to listent to the subset of the events.

Ability to define more than 1 filter rule per subsciption

Describe alternatives you've considered
I cannot find a way to make it work. I looked at the source code and it seems to me currently only single filter rule is supported
