Applied changes are not visible in Git changes #3

After applying changes I can't see the modified status of files in Visual Studio Code / Source Control panel.

The changes are saved to files, but I can not see the modified status until restarting of Visual Studio Code.

I've seen this happen occasionally, but it doesnt usually happen for me. Does it happen always for you? Also, did you run Save All?

You can try using the refresh button in the SCM viewlet to force reload, what happens when you do that?
