Describe the bug

Installed the latest .exe windows desktop client
once installed when running I get a brief window popup asking for the server host (for about 3-4 seconds)

Then the error screen

Steps To Reproduce

Installed on Windows 10 (22H2)
Installed on D:\retrom

Expected behavior

App to open
