Never stops greeting... It continues to greet on the second and third PRs

I was testing this and found that it continues to greet after the first PR. It greets in the second PR, in the third, etc.

I'm assuming this is probably unmaintained, so maybe just change the README to point back to https://github.com/marketplace/actions/first-interaction ?

Not sure why github mentioned this one in recent email.

Not really unmaintained... I'm using it in several places. This needs to be fixed.
