Balances are not being refreshed properly on actions like renew, withdrawal etc on liveliness page.
This includes Available balance, total bonded amount.

Renewal should not modify any balance, just liveliness
The modification of balance was not right in the case when the bond had liveliness while withdrawing because I havent computed the slash correct, now should be fine.

Please let me know if you find any other discrepancies in the actions and balance update.
