Running Vault Hunters v1.2

Oozing Pizza isn't granting vault XP. Not sure if this is an intentional change or a bug. I ate a stack of it in a test world and my bar didn't budge.

Vault XP bar still flashes as if it is/was supposed to increase Vault XP

@iGoodie I'm happy to attempt a PR for this if you have time to review and merge. I'll be fixing this anyway, since I intend to fix my local game.

Any idea of what the min and max percentages should have been for pizza?
