Camille Cioffi submitted a survey that referenced grant 1U01DA057849-01. CIC already had grant 3U01DA057849-01S1 with essentially the same metadata. We expected to see both grants show up.

Why wasn't the older 1U01DA057849-01 present? Can we manually import it?

1U01DA057849-01 was present, it was just assigned to a different PI. Apparently, the PI changed after our initial import. We need to validate the PIs for all grants in the system and update if they have changed.

Fixed for this specific instance. General problem is now #307.
