When you change timescales in the front page graph and change the target it doesn't match the timescale selected.

Dan just released a patch in the OESS code software support ticket #2893. Need to copy the code from OESS

I workaround this with a very POLL_INTERVAL. Need to look into this more once we do some integtration testing with Front and backend

Moving this to a 0.9 milestone since the workaround makes this less of a showstopper
