What happened?

Device: Phicomm N1(aarch64_cortex-a53/S905D)
OS:Linux armbian 5.15.153-spring-plowing #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Apr 4 08:38:27 EDT 2024 aarch64 GNU/Linux

ERROR:
run command to install CasaOS without Proxy（IP-China）:
curl: (7) Failed to connect to get.casaos.io port 443 after 19 ms: Couldn't connect to server.

run command to install CasaOS with Proxy(IP-USA)：
curl: (7) Failed to connect to get.casaos.io port 443: Connection refused

how can I fix this problem?
