[Enhancement] Add Support for Older Android Versions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The app currently only supports Android 11 and above. I sincerely hope the developer will extend support to older Android versions soon, as I’ve been waiting for quite some time.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the developer to implement support for older Android versions, starting from Android 9 or below, to ensure broader compatibility and allow more users to access the app. Alternatively, we could consider having two versions: one for the current Android release used by most, and another for older versions, though at the cost of reduced features.
