[Enhancement] Move Properties icon to the bottom toolbar or assign it to swipe up gesture

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the Favourite button is in the bottom toolbar, and the properties button is in the top right corner. It is a very small icon and requires reaching up to toggle it.

Describe the solution you'd like
3 options to make it better IMO :

1. Move Properties icon into the bottom toolbar.
2. Allow choosing what buttons to keep where
3. Assign the Swipe Up gesture to this. It already animates upward when toggled.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Tapping on the properties button at the top right.

Ah yes... So it seems the swipe up gesture has to be initiated over the bottom toolbar.
Is is possible to extend this region to half the screen? For ease of use?
