[Enhancement] Add Lock/Unlock an Album with Biometric Security

I'm suggesting a feature that exists in most other gallery apps such as Simple Gallery, whereas I can have the option to lock an album and everytime it is clicked and opened, it will ask for either a password or open with fingerprint, and any content locked in the album will not be visible in the timeline.
