INSPIRE Validator not uploading zip or gml

today I managed to upload the dataset but the test is running for hours. Is it possible to ensure constant availability of the INSPIRE Validator and remove very frequent errors with antispam? Also, the maximum size of the uploaded file is 50 MB but regardless of the size of the file it is almost never possible to finish the test. Staging instance is also not working.
